A remote specialist for UK websites, stores and ads
I work with UK businesses from Finland, two hours ahead of London, so our working days overlap. Sites, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, SEO and Google, Microsoft and Meta ads set up for UK searchers, UK GDPR and PECR cookie rules in mind.
Prices are set in euros. Invoices in pounds sterling are an option owner to confirm
At 02:15 Tampere and 00:15 London neither of us is at work. Messages are picked up next working morning.
What is different for UK work
Same language, different rules. These are the details I set up differently for a UK site, store or ad account, with your accountant or adviser signing off where the law is involved.
Pounds and VAT
GBP prices shown VAT-inclusive for consumers, VAT-exclusive for trade accounts, set up in the store's tax and markets settings. If you ship goods from the EU, low-value consignments have UK VAT collected at checkout. Confirm your VAT position with your accountant.
UK GDPR and PECR cookie consent
A banner where Reject is as easy as Accept, no non-essential cookies before a choice, and Google Consent Mode set to match. The ICO's guidance is being updated under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, so I configure to the guidance current at build time.
Royal Mail and UK couriers
Shipping zones for mainland UK, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, live rates or flat tiers, and label apps for Royal Mail or courier networks such as Evri and DPD, chosen by what you already use. Store set-up details.
Microsoft Advertising as a test
Bing, Edge and Windows search reach an audience Google campaigns miss. I import your Google campaigns into Microsoft Advertising as a small, measured test, and keep it only if the cost per enquiry earns it. No market-share promises.
UK spelling and search terms
Colour, optimise and postcode, not their US spellings; prices in pounds in titles and ads; and a .co.uk domain or a /uk/ folder with hreflang if you also sell elsewhere. International SEO covers the multi-country set-up.
No borrowed statistics
You will not see claims about UK market size or conversion rates on this page or in my reports. Numbers come from your own analytics and ad accounts, explained in plain language once a month.
Where UK clients usually start
Four entry points, each a fixed price in euros excluding VAT. Most UK enquiries I expect are stores that want UK searchers and UK shoppers, so that is the one I recommend first.

Calls sit inside the shared hours, everything else happens in writing so nothing waits for a meeting.
- 1
Your enquiry
A few lines and a URL. I reply within one working day with questions or a fixed price.
- 2
Kick-off call
Thirty minutes between 09:00 and 15:00 UK time. Access to your accounts, never shared logins.
- 3
Build in the open
A staging link you can click any time, plus a short written update each working day.
- 4
Launch and hand-over
Launch in your morning, so problems are caught while we are both at work. Logins and files stay yours.
When I would not be the right choice
Better to say it here than after a kick-off call.
- 01You need someone in your office in person each week. I work remotely only.
- 02Your ads need financial-promotion sign-off under FCA rules. That needs an authorised firm's compliance review I cannot provide, though I can build to its decisions.
- 03You need cover through UK evenings and weekends. A one-person studio cannot promise that; a care plan with clear response times can cover the rest.
Questions from UK businesses
Do you work UK hours?
For most of your day, yes. Finland is two hours ahead of London, and both countries change their clocks on the same Sundays, so the gap never moves. My working day overlaps yours from 09:00 to 15:00 UK time, which leaves room for calls, reviews and same-day fixes. Earlier calls can be arranged.
Can I pay in pounds?
Prices are set in euros, and invoicing in pounds sterling is being confirmed. If it is offered, your written quote shows the GBP amount and the exchange rate used on the day it was written, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Ad spend is billed by the platforms straight to your card.
Do you understand UK consent rules?
Yes. I set up cookie banners for UK sites under UK GDPR and PECR as the ICO currently explains them: no non-essential cookies before a choice unless an exemption clearly applies, Reject as easy as Accept, and Consent Mode to match. I document the set-up; legal sign-off stays with you or your adviser.

Tell me what you sell and where your customers are. You get a written fixed price in euros within one working day.
If it does not work out: the price is agreed in writing before work starts, there is no lock-in, and every account, file and login is yours from day one, so you can stop at any milestone and keep what was delivered.
