What happens on the call?
We spend thirty minutes on three things: your goal, what is in the way, and what I would do first. If useful, we look at your site, store or account data that you choose to share. You leave with a clear first step, whether or not we end up working together.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email or simply reply to it, ideally a few hours ahead. If none of the shown times suit your time zone, email me two or three options and I will find a slot early or late in my working day where I can.
Will you send a quote after the call?
Yes, if you want one. Within one working day of the call you get a short written summary and, when the scope is clear, a fixed-price quote with a timeline. If something needs checking first, such as access to an account, the summary says what and how long it takes.
