Simplified rules for the demo. Each channel publishes its own specification and they change; I check the current one on every job.

Feed error fixer: five disapprovals I fix most

Each one has a cause in the store data, not in the ad account. Fix it at the source and every channel that reads the feed gets better at once.

Price mismatchprice: 89.00 EUR

What a feed setup includes

The store stays the single source of truth. Rules and supplemental feeds do the channel-specific work, so nobody edits four catalogues by hand.

One source

A feed from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or OpenCart, using the platform's own export or one lean plugin.

Titles by pattern

Brand, product type and the attributes people search for, written as rules that cover thousands of products.

Identifiers

GTIN, MPN and brand checked, check digits validated, and identifier_exists set honestly where none exist.

Categories and labels

Product categories mapped, and custom labels for margin, season or bestsellers so ads can bid by them.

Price and stock rules

Sale prices with dates, variants grouped with item_group_id, stock fetched often enough to stay true.

Diagnostics watch

Merchant Center and catalogue diagnostics checked after launch, with a short plain-language summary.

When you do not need me for feeds

A feed is plumbing. Sometimes the plumbing that came with the store is enough.

  • 01A small catalogue with clean data, and your platform's own sales-channel app already shows no errors. Leave it alone and spend the money on the ads.
  • 02Your products fall under a channel's restricted categories. A cleaner feed will not change the policy, and I will tell you so before you pay.
  • 03The product data itself is missing: no photos, no sizes, no real descriptions. That is a catalogue job first, and I can help with it as one.

From messy export to approved catalogue

Most setups take one to two weeks, depending on catalogue size and how many channels.

  1. 1

    Read the diagnostics

Every disapproval and warning grouped by cause, with the products it hits.

  2. 2

    Fix the source

Data corrected in the store where it belongs, so the website improves too.

  3. 3

    Add rules

Titles, categories, labels and channel quirks handled by rules and supplemental feeds.

  4. 4

    Connect and watch

Each channel connected in your own accounts, then diagnostics checked after the first full fetch.

Questions about product feeds

Why are my products disapproved?

Usually because the feed disagrees with the product page or breaks a channel rule. Common causes are a price or stock status that differs from the page, invalid GTINs, promotional text on images, missing shipping costs and restricted product categories. The diagnostics name the reason per product; I group them by cause and fix them at the source.

Do I need a feed tool?

Not always. Small, clean catalogues often work well with the store platform's own channel apps. A feed tool or plugin earns its cost when you have many variants, several countries or channels, or titles that need rules. I recommend one only when it removes manual work you are doing today.

Can one feed serve all channels?

Mostly, yes. Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft read very similar attributes, so one clean source feed can serve them all. Each channel then gets small adjustments through rules or a supplemental feed, such as different title lengths or category mappings, without anyone editing four catalogues by hand.
